AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A CONTRACT WITH RAYMOND C.
TROTT, CONSULTING ENGINEERS, INC. TO SURVEY THE CITY'S
EXISTING AND FUTURE RADIO COMMUNICATION NEEDS; AND
APPROPRIATING $98,000.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute a
contract with Raymond C. Trott, Consulting Engineers, Inc. to survey the City's
existing and future radio communication needs.
SECTION 2. That there is hereby appropriated $98,000 from the Public
Health and Safety Bond Fund No. 532 to be reimbursed when the bonds are sold for
the public safety project.
