AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A CONTRACT WITH FAIRBAIRN
ELECTRIC, INC. FOR ELECTRICAL SERVICE FOR THE ELECTRONIC
MESSAGE DISPLAY CENTER FOR THE BAYFRONT PLAZA; APPROPRIATING
$9,630.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute a
contract with Fairbairn Electric, Inc., for electrical service for the
electronic message display center for the Bayfront Plaza, all as more fully set
forth in plans and specifications and contract documents op file in the office
of the City Secretary, all of which are made a part hereof by reference and
according to the bid of Fairbairn Electric, Inc., said bid being the lowest and
most advantageous to the City of Corpus Christi.
SECTION 2. That there is hereby appropriated $9,630 from the 209
Community Convention Facility Bond Fund for the contract award.
