ACQUISITION OF PARCEL 1 BY CONDEMNATION FOR THE I.H. 37
INTERCHANGE IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated $3,600 from the 561 Street
Bond Fund for acquisition of Parcel 1 by condemnation for the I.H. 37
Interchange Improvements Project.
