BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS: SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated $7,325 from the 250 Sanitary Sewer Bond Fund for acquisition of Parcel 6 in connection with the I.H. 37 Utility Adjustments Project. Ch.] Page 1 of 7 Being all that part of Lots 7-10, Block 19, Calallen Townsite, as recorded in Volume 1, Page 44, Nueces County, Map Records, and more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point on the Southerly line of said Lot 7, North 70 degrees 44 minutes East, 20.2 feet from the Southwesterly corner thereof; Thence North 2 degrees 55 feet; Thence North 4 degrees 06 point on the Northerly line Thence North 70 degrees 44 Westerly line of I.H. 37; minutes 50 seconds East, 96.03 minutes West, 115.09 feet to a of said Lot 10; minutes East, 15.54 feet to the Thence South 4 degrees 00 minutes East, 120.08 feet; Thence South 2 degrees 55 minutes 50 seconds West, 90.83 feet to the Southerly line of said Lot 7; Thence South 70 degrees 44 minutes West, 16.2 feet to the point of beginning, and containing 0.0726 acres, more or less. Together with the free ingress, egress, and regress to and for the City of Corpus Christi, Texas, for the purpose of constructing, laying, and keeping public utility lines, and for the purposes of maintaining, servicing, repairing, and inspecting said lines under, on, and along said tract. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, ALL AND SINGULAR, the rights and privileges aforesaid to the City of Corpus Christi, Texas its successors and legal representatives, for the proper use as a UTILITY EASEMENT and utility right-of-way for so long as used for such purpose, and if the use for said easement and way of said uses be ever abandoned, then in that event, the aforesaid rights and privileges shall cease.
