HomeMy WebLinkAbout20050 ORD - 11/03/1987AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE 8127, COMPENSATION PLAN OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, SECTION 707.1, TO EXTEND THE MANAGERIAL GROUP FULLY -PAID TERM LIFE INSURANCE BENEFIT TO POLICE CAPTAINS AND FIRST ASSISTANT FIRE CHIEF; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS: SECTION 1. That Ordinance 8127, Compensation Plan of the City of Corpus Christi, Section 707.1, is hereby amended to delete the words ". . with the exception of the classification of Police Captain and all Fire classifications below the rank of Fire Chief" to provide extension of the managerial group fully -paid term life insurance benefit to Police Captains and First Assistant Fire Chief. SECTION 3.
