APPROPRIATING $1800 FROM THE 250 SANITARY SEWER BOND FUND
FOR THE ACQUISITION OF PARCEL 2 IN CONNECTION WITH THE PARK
ROAD 22 UTILITY ADJUSTMENTS PROJECT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated $1800 from the 250 Sanitary
Sewer Bond Fund for acquisition of Parcel 2 in connection with the Park Road 22
Utility Adjustments Project.

KNOW ALL BY THESE PRESENTS:
That MARGARET H. CAMPBELL [widow] of the County of
Bexar, State of Texas, for and in consideration of the sum
of One thousand Eight hundred Dollars and no cents
[$1,800.00] to me in hand paid by the City of Corpus
Christi, Nueces County, Texas, the receipt of which is
hereby acknowledged, have granted and conveyed, and by these
presents do grant and convey unto the City of Corpus
Christi, Texas, a municipal corporation duly incorporated
under and by virtue of the laws of the State of Texas, its
successors and legal representatives the free and
uninterrupted use, liberty, privilege, and easement of going
in, on, over, under and along a certain tract of land
situated in Nueces County, Texas and being described as
follows:

A 15 foot wide utility easement along the North
boundary of Lot 21, Block G, Flour Bluff Estates,
Volume 8, Pages 1 and 2, Nueces County, Texas, Map
Records, more completely described as follows:
Beginning at the Easterly common corner of said
Lot 21 and replated Lot 22A, Block G, of Flour
Bluff Estates, Volume 45, Page 102, said County
Map Records and point of beginning of this
easement;
Thence in a Southerly direction along the Westerly
right of way of Mounts Drive, approximately 15
feet;
Thence North 60 degrees 58 minutes West, 305 feet
to a 5 foot wide utility easement at the rear of
said Lot 21;
Thence North 29 degrees 02 minutes East, 15 feet
along said easement;
Thence South 60 degrees 58 minutes East, 305 feet
along the common boundary of said Lot 21 and 22A
to the point of beginning and containing
approximately .105 acres.

A map marked "Exhibit A", is attached hereto and made a
part hereof for all purposes.
Together with the free ingress, egress, and regress to
and for the City of Corpus Christi, Texas, for the purpose
of constructing, laying, and keeping public utility lines,
and for the purposes of maintaining, servicing, repairing,
and inspecting said lines under, on, and along said tract.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, ALL AND SINGULAR, the rights and
privileges aforesaid to the City of Corpus Christi, Texas
its successors and legal representatives, for the proper
use as a UTILITY EASEMENT
and utility right-of-way for so long as used for such
purpose, and if the use for said easement and way of said
uses be ever abandoned, then in that event, the aforesaid
rights and privileges shall cease.
