AUTHORIZING THE CITY TO PARTICIPATE WITH OTHER TEXAS CITIES
IN FUNDING TML'S INTERVENTION IN SPORTSMAN'S CLUB OF TEXAS
VS. E.P.A. LAWSUIT; AND AUTHORIZING $9,032.35 FROM THE WATER
OPERATING FUND.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That there is hereby authorized the City's participation
with other Texas cities in funding TML's intervention in Sportsman's Club of
Texas vs. E.P.A. lawsuit.
SECTION 2. That there is hereby authorized $9,032.35 from the Water
Operating Fund No. 541.14-301.
