APPROPRIATING $2,031 FROM THE 205 WATER BOND FUND FOR
ACQUISITION OF PARCEL 1 IN CONNECTION WITH THE YORKTOWN
BOULEVARD WATERLINE EXTENSION PROJECT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated $2,031 from the 205 Water
Bond Fund for acquisition of Parcel 1 in connection with the Yorktown Boulevard
Waterline Extension Project.

KNOW ALL BY THESE PRESENTS:
COUNTY OF NUECES §
That CORPUS CHRISTI DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION of the
County of Nueces, State of Texas, for and in consideration
of the sum of One thousand Five hundred Fifty—one Dollars
and no cents [$1,551.00] to it in hand paid by the City of
Corpus Christi, Nueces County, Texas, the receipt of which
is hereby acknowledged, has granted and conveyed, and by
these presents does grant and convey unto the City of Corpus
Christi, Texas, a municipal corporation duly incorporated
under and by virtue of the laws of the State of Texas, its
successors and legal representatives the free and
uninterrupted use, liberty, privilege, and easement of going
in, on, over, under and along a certain tract of land
situated in Nueces County, Texas and being described as
follows:

Being a 10 foot wide strip of land out of Lots 17, 18,
Section 21, Flour Bluff and Encinal Farm and Garden Tracts,
shown by Plat in Volume A, Pages 41-43, Map Records, Nueces
County, Texas and being more particularly described as
follows:
Beginning at a point being South 29 degrees 02 minutes 50
seconds West, 50.00 feet and South 60 degrees 58 minutes 20
seconds East, 20.00 feet from the North corner of said Lot
17, being also the current Southeast corner of 100 foot wide
Yorktown Boulevard and 60 foot wide Cimarron Boulevard;
Thence South 60 degrees 58 minutes 20 seconds East along the
Southerly right-of-way of said Yorktown Boulevard, 773.91
feet to a point;
Thence South 29 degrees 02 minutes 50 seconds West, 10.00
feet to a point for the southmost corner of this tract;
Thence North 60 degrees 58 minutes, 20 seconds West, 773.91
feet to a point on the Easterly right-of-way of said
Cimarron Boulevard;
Thence North 29 degrees 02 minutes 50 seconds East along
said right-of-way, 10.00 feet to the point of beginning and
containing 0.178 acres, more or less.

A map marked "Exhibit A", is attached hereto and made a
part hereof for all purposes.
In the event the GRANTOR'S fence located along the
Yorktown Boulevard property line needs to be moved during
construction, it is agreed that said fence will be put back
in place in the same location in as was condition upon
completion of the project.
Together with the free ingress, egress, and regress to
and for the City of Corpus Christi, Texas, for the purpose
of constructing, laying, and keeping public utility lines,
and for the purposes of maintaining, servicing, repairing,
and inspecting said lines under, on, and along said tract.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, ALL AND SINGULAR, the rights and
privileges aforesaid to the City of Corpus Christi, Texas
its successors and legal representatives, for the proper
use as a UTILITY EASEMENT
and utility right-of-way for so long as used for such
purpose, and if the use for said easement and way of said
uses be ever abandoned, then in that event, the aforesaid
rights and privileges shall cease.
