APPROPRIATING $87,000 FROM THE 250 SANITARY SEWER BOND FUND
FOR CHANGE ORDER NO. 3 TO THE CONTRACT WITH J & B
CONTRACTORS, INC. DBA SOUTH TEXAS UTILITY CONTRACTORS FOR
ADJUSTMENT OF QUANTITIES IN EACH CUT BRACKET TO REFLECT
ACTUAL DEPTH CONDITIONS DURING THE CONSTRUCTION PROCESS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated $87,000 from the 250 Sanitary
Sewer Bond Fund for Change Order No. 3 to the contract with J & B Contractors,
Inc. dba South Texas Utility Contractors for adjustment of quantities in each
cut bracket to reflect actual depth conditions during the construction process,
applicable to Project No. 250-82-7.1, Bear Lane Sanitary Sewer Trunk.
