HomeMy WebLinkAbout20112 RES - 12/17/1987A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF THE DOCUMENTS NECESSARY FOR THE ACQUISITION OF PARCEL 11 IN CONNECTION WITH THE MARY CARROLL CHANNEL WIDENING; AND APPROPRIATING $4,018. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS: SECTION 1. That the City Manager be authorized to execute the documents necessary for the acquisition of Parcel 11 in connection with the Mary Carroll Channel Widening, Project 511-86-5.1, a substantial copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof, marked Exhibit A. SECTION 2. That there is hereby appropriated $4,018 out of the 511 Storm Sewer Bond Fund. TO RAVE AND TO HOLD, all and singular, the rights and privileges aforesaid to the City of Corpus Christi, Texas, its successors and legal representatives, for the proper use as storm drainage utility easements for so long as used for such purposes or any of them, and if the use for said tract and way for all of said used be ever abandoned, then in that event, the aforesaid rights and privileges shall cease, and all rights herein granted shall revert to the Grantors herein, their heirs or assigns.
