APPROPRIATING $35,500 FROM THE WATER SYSTEM BOND FUND AND
$35,500 FROM THE SANITARY SEWER BOND FUND FOR PAYMENT OF
ENGINEERING SERVICES RELATED TO THE RELOCATION OF UTILITY
LINES UNDER THE CORPUS CHRISTI SHIP CHANNEL.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated $35,500 from the Water System
Bond Fund and $35,500 from the Sanitary Sewer Bond Fund for payment of
engineering services related to the relocation of utility lines under the Corpus
Christi Ship Channel.
