AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF EXCESS WORKERS COMPENSATION
INSURANCE FOR THE ANNUAL PREMIUM AMOUNT OF $50,918.55 FROM
AUTHUR J. GALLAGHER & COMPANY; AND APPROPRIATING $51,000.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute an
agreement to purchase excess workers compensation insurance from Midwest
Employers Insurance Company in the amount of $10,000,000 per occurrence with an
SIR of $250,000 for an annual premium of $50,918.55.
SECTION 2. That there is hereby appropriated $51,000 for that purpose
from the Liability Reserve Account of the Self Insurance Fund.
