AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO NEGOTIATE A CONTRACT WITH
NUECES COUNTY COMMUNITY ACTION AGENCY FOR THE CONSTRUCTION
OF A BUILDING TO BE USED AS A MOLINA/LOS ENCINOS COMMUNITY
CENTER AND A HEADSTART LEARNING CENTER.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That the City Manager is hereby authorized to negotiate
a contract with Nueces County Community Action Agency for the construction of a
building to be used as a Molina/Los Encinos Community Center and a Headstart
Learning Center.
