APPROPRIATING $159,935.25 FROM THE 220 STREET BOND FUND
PROVIDING FOR ADDITIONAL COMPENSATION TO SOUTH TEXAS
PIPELINE COMPANY FOR THE RELOCATION OR ADJUSTMENT OF
PIPELINES IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE AGREEMENT AUTHORIZED BY
RESOLUTION 19982.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated $159,935.25 from the 220
Street Bond Fund providing for additional compensation to South Texas Pipeline
Company for the relocation or adjustment of pipelines in accordance with the
agreement authorized by Resolution 19982 on September 29, 1987, applicable to
Project 220-82-7.10, McNorton Area Improvements.
