AUTHORIZING THE EXPENDITURE OF $34,985 FOR THE PURCHASE OF
EQUIPMENT FOR THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI POLICE
DEPARTMENT, SAID FUNDS TO BE REIMBURSED FROM A GRANT FROM
THE CRIMINAL JUSTICE DIVISION OF THE GOVERNOR'S OFFICE,
STATE OF TEXAS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That there is hereby authorized the expenditure of $34,985
for the purchase of equipment for the City of Corpus Christi Police
Department, with full reimbursement to be made from a grant from the Criminal
Justice Division of the Governor's office, State of Texas.
