BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS: SECTION 1. That there is hereby authorized the renewal and issuance of a Certificate of Convenience and Necessity to Pinkie Eldridge, dba Pinkie's Taxi, for the operation of four taxicab vehicles within the City of Corpus Christi for a five year period effective August 30, 1987, through August 29, 1992, subject to the applicant's compliance with all terms and conditions established in Chapter 57, Article II, Taxicabs of the Code of Ordinances. SECTION 2.
