ACQUISITION OF PARCEL 3 BY CONDEMNATION FOR THE
I.H. 37/U.S. 77 INTERCHANGE WATERLINE RELOCATIONS AND
UTILITY ADJUSTMENTS PROJECT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated $12,100 from the 205 Water
Bond Fund for acquisition of Parcel 3 by condemnation for the I.H. 37/U.S.77
Interchange Waterline Relocations and Utility Adjustments Project.
