FOR ACQUISITION OF PARCEL 4 IN CONNECTION WITH THE
I.H. 37/U.S. 77 INTERCHANGE WATERLINE RELOCATIONS AND
UTILITY ADJUSTMENTS PROJECT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated $7,325 from the 250 Sanitary
Sewer Bond Fund for acquisition of Parcel 4 in connection with the
I.H. 37/U.S.77 Interchange Waterline Relocations and Utility Adjustments
Project.
