HomeMy WebLinkAbout020231 ORD - 03/01/1988AN ORDINANCE THAT ORDINANCE NO. 20040, PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL ON OCTOBER 27, 1987, ANNEXING 26 AREAS OF PRIVATELY OWNED LAND, IS HEREBY REPEALED; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS: SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 20040, passed by the City Council on October 27, 1987, annexing 26 areas of privately owned land, is hereby repealed. SECTION 2.
