CONFIRMING THE TERMINATION BY THE CITY COUNCIL PURSUANT TO
THE CITY CHARTER, ARTICLE III, SEC. 1, OF CRAIG A. McDOWELL
AS CITY MANAGER.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That the termination by the City Council of Craig A.
McDowell from the position of City Manager effective March 8, 1988, pursuant to
the Corpus Christi City Charter, Article III, Sec. 1, is hereby confirmed, and
that he be, and hereby is, also terminated by additional authority of this
resolution.
