APPROVING THE DEVELOPER'S APPLICATION AND AUTHORIZING
REIMBURSEMENT IN THE AMOUNT OF $1,127.13 TO THE GREENWOOD
CONGREGATION OF JEHOVAH'S WITNESSES, DEVELOPER OF LOT 1-E,
BLOCK 2, SOUTHLAND ESTATES SUBDIVISION, FOR THE OVERSIZING
OF APPROXIMATELY 211 LINEAR FEET OF 10 -INCH DIAMETER
SANITARY SEWER LINE; AND APPROPRIATING $1,127.13.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That there is hereby approved the developer's application
and reimbursement is authorized in the amount of $1,127.13 to the Greenwood
Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses, developer of Lot 1-E, Block 2, Southland
Estates Subdivision, for the oversizing of approximately 211 linear feet of
10 -inch diameter sanitary sewer line as shown on the attached Exhibit A, per
Ordinance No. 17396.
SECTION 2. That there is hereby appropriated $1,127.13 from the
No. 145-247.96, Sanitary Sewer Collection Line Trust Fund.
