HomeMy WebLinkAbout020302 ORD - 05/10/1988AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE MASTER SANITARY SEWER PLAN, SHEETS 32 AND 36, BY TRANSFERRING AN APPROXIMATE 310 ACRE AREA ALONG OLD BROWNSVILLE ROAD SOUTH OF PADRE ISLAND DRIVE FROM SERVICE AREA 18 TO SERVICE AREA 19; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS: SECTION 1. That the Master Sanitary Sewer Plan, Sheets 32 and 36, as prepared by Reagan and McCaughan and adopted by Ordinance No. 7441 on December 13, 1964, is hereby amended by transferring an approximate 310 acre area along Old Brownsville Road south of Padre Island Drive from Service Area 18 to Service Area 19 as shown on the attached Exhibit A. SECTION 2.
