APPROPRIATING $110,539.01 FROM THE NO. 210 CITY HALL BOND
FUND TO SUPPLEMENT PREVIOUS APPROPRIATIONS TO FACILITATE
PAYMENT OF $126,081.30 FOR JUDGMENT AND INTEREST EARNINGS ON
PARCEL 3.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated $110,539.01 from the No. 210
City Hall Bond Fund to supplement previous appropriations to facilitate
payment of $126,081.30 for judgment and interest earnings on Parcel 3 applicable
to Project No. 210-83-1.1, New City Hall Facility.
