HomeMy WebLinkAbout020328 ORD - 05/24/1988AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY CODE, CHAPTER 9, AVIATION, SECTION 9-35.1, PARKING RATES, BY INCREASING THE PARKING RATES BY 10 CENTS; PROVIDING FOR SEVERANCE; AND PROVIDING FOR PUBLICATION. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS: SECTION 1. That the City Code, Chapter 9, Aviation, Section 9-35.1, Parking Rates, is hereby amended to hereafter read as follows: Sec. 9-35.1 Parking rates. Parking rates at Corpus Christi International Airport are established as follows: (1) Long-term parking rates: For the first hour $0 60 For each additional hour thereafter 0 60 Maximum with parking ticket for each twenty-four (24) hours 4.50 Per day without/lost ticket 7 00 (2) Short-term parking rates: For the first half hour $0 60 For each additional half hour thereafter 0 60 Maximum for each twenty-four (24) hours with ticket. . . . 10.00 Without/lost ticket per day 7 00 SECTION 2. If for any reason any section, paragraph, subdivision, clause, phrase, word or provision of this ordinance shall be held invalid or unconstitutional by final judgment of a court of competent jurisdiction, it shall not affect any other section, paragraph, subdivision, clause, phrase, word or provision of this ordinance for it is the definite intent of this City Council that every section, paragraph, subdivision, clause, phrase, word or provision hereof be given full force and effect for its purpose. SECTION 3.
