AUTHORIZING CHANGE ORDER NO. 2 TO THE CONTRACT WITH ISLES
ENGINEERING AND CONSTRUCTION, INC. FOR QUANTITY INCREASES IN
PIPE, SERVICE CONNECTIONS, AND PAVEMENT REPAIR; ACCEPTING
THE RIVERSIDE PARK SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT;
GRANTING A TIME EXTENSION; AUTHORIZING FINAL PAYMENT; AND
APPROPRIATING $23,958.39.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That there is hereby authorized Change Order No. 2 in the
amount of $27,288.40 to the contract with Isles Engineering and Construction,
Inc. for the Riverside Park Sanitary Sewer Improvements which covers quantity
increases in pipe, service connections, and pavement repair.
SECTION 2. That the Riverside Park Sanitary Sewer Improvements
project is hereby accepted; that a 26 working day time extension is hereby
granted; and that there is hereby authorized the final payment of $27,936.43 to
Isles Engineering and Construction, Inc.
SECTION 3. That there is hereby appropriated $23,958.39 from the
No. 250 Sanitary Sewer Bond Fund towards the cost of the change order and to
facilitate final payment to the contractor, applicable to Project
No. 250-86-44-8.1, Riverside Park Subdivision Sanitary Sewer Improvements.
