APPROVING THE DEVELOPER'S APPLICATION AND AUTHORIZING
REIMBURSEMENT IN THE AMOUNT OF $30,256.86 TO JAMES B.
WRIGHT, JR., DEVELOPER OF LOTS 5 AND 6, BLOCK 16-D, LOKEY
SUBDIVISION, FOR THE INSTALLATION OF APPROXIMATELY 566
LINEAR FEET OF 8 -INCH DIAMETER OFFSITE SANITARY SEWER LINE;
AND APPROPRIATING $30,256.86.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That there is hereby approved the developer's application
and reimbursement is authorized in the amount of $30,256.86 to James B. Wright
Jr., developer of Lots 5 and 6, Block 16-D, Lokey Subdivision, for the
installation of approximately 566 linear feet of 8 -inch diameter offsite
sanitary sewer line as shown on the attached Exhibit A, per Ordinance No. 17396.
SECTION 2. That there is hereby appropriated $30,256.86 from the
No. 145-247.96, Sanitary Sewer Collection Line Trust Fund.
