AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 20107 BY AMENDING SECTION 3 IN ORDER
TO ADOPT THE FINAL ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR STREET IMPROVEMENTS
ON THE FOLLOWING STREET:
Everhart, Wooldridge Roads and Patton Street
1. Everhart Road, West Side only, from Shadowbend Drive to
Middlecoff Road,
2. Wooldridge Road, from 200 feet west of Patton Street to
Cimarron Boulevard, and
3. Patton Street, from Holly Road south for 800 linear
feet.
AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 20107, passed and approved December 8,
1987, be amended by amending Section 3 so as to adopt the final assessment roll
and assessments levied against owners of abutting property on the following
street:
Everhart, Wooldridge Roads and Patton Street
1. Everhart Road, West Side only, from Shadowbend Drive to
Middlecoff Road,
2. Wooldridge Road, from 200 feet west of Patton Street to
Cimarron Boulevard, and
3. Patton Street, from Holly Road south for 800 linear
feet.
a substantial copy of which assessment roll is attached hereto and made a part
hereof, marked Exhibit A.
SECTION 2. That upon written request of the Mayor or five Council
members, copy attached, to find and declare an emergency due to the need for
efficient and effective administration of City affairs by the adoption of the
final, corrected assessment roll as aforesaid, such finding of an emergency is
made and declared requiring suspension of the Charter rule as to consideration
and voting upon ordinances at three regular meetings so that this ordinance is
passed and shal ke effect upon first reading as an emergency measure this the

Final Assessment Roll
Everhart, Wooldridge Roads and Patton Street
Improvements
This project shall consist of improvements to the following streets:
Everhart, Wooldridge Roads and Patton Street
1. Everhart Road, West Side only, from Shadowbend Drive to
Middlecoff Road,
2. Wooldridge Road, from 200 feet west of Patton Street to
Cimmaron Boulevard, and
3. Patton Street, from Holly Road south for 800 linear feet.
These improvements shall consist of the construction of a standard 6" curb
and gutter section and a 4' wide sidewalk along the west side of Everhart
Road and a 4 foot wide reinforced concrete sidewalk along the north side of
Wooldridge Road and the east side of Patton Street within the described
limits.
The assessment rates have been calculated in accordance with the City's
current paving policy. Based on this policy and the low bid prices
submitted by A. Ortiz Construction and Paving Company the assessment rates
are as follows:
