AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AGREEMENTS WITH ALTA HEALTH
STRATEGIES, INC FOR EMPLOYEE DISABILITY INSURANCE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute an
agreement with ALTA Health Strategies, Inc. for employee disability insurance,
based on the Cost Proposal submitted by ALTA Health Strategies, Inc., a
substantial copy of such cost proposal is attached hereto as Exhibit A,
provided, however, said agreement is in accordance with the requirements
established by the Request For Proposals on file with the office of the Director
of Safety and Risk Management.
