AMENDING SUBSECTION (J) OF SECTION 6-10 OF
THE CODE OF ORDINANCES RELATING TO REDUCED
LICENSE FEES DURING PET HEALTH CAMPAIGNS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That Subsection (j) of Section 6-10 of
the Code of Ordinances, City of Corpus Christi be amended to
hereafter read as follows:

(j) Reduced fee during Pet Health Campaigns.
The City Manager is hereby authorized to
temporarily reduce charges for animal
licenses as part of community -wide licensing
and vaccination campaigns in conjunction with
the Coastal Bend Veterinary Medical
Association to increase awareness of the need
for pet vaccinations and licenses.
