ACCEPTING THE SITE SELECTION STUDY REPORT FOR THE PROPOSED
SOUTHSIDE WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT AS PREPARED BY BROWN
AND CALDWELL-FREESE AND NICHOLS, INC., AND AMENDING THE
WASTEWATER MASTER PLAN TO ADOPT THE RECOMMENDED SITE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That there is hereby accepted the Site Selection Study
Report for the proposed Southside Wastewater Treatment Plant as prepared by
Brown and Caldwell -Freese and Nichols, Inc., and that the Wastewater Master Plan
is hereby amended by adopting the recommended site.
