APPROVING THE DEVELOPER'S APPLICATION AND AUTHORIZING
REIMBURSEMENT IN THE AMOUNT OF $1,394.73 TO BENNY J. BARNES,
PRESIDENT OF IMPERIAL FOODS, INC., DEVELOPER OF LOTS 1
AND 2, BLOCK F, LAGUNA BUSINESS CENTER, FOR THE INSTALLATION
OF 330 LINEAR FEET OF 8 -INCH DIAMETER OFFSITE SANITARY SEWER
LINE; AND APPROPRIATING $1,394.73.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That there is hereby approved the developer's application
and reimbursement is authorized in the amount of $1,394.73 to Benny J. Barnes,
President of Imperial Foods, Inc., developer of Lots 1 and 2, Block F, Laguna
Business Center, for the installation of 330 linear feet of 8 -inch diameter
offsite sanitary sewer line as shown on the attached Exhibit A, per Ordinance
No. 17396.
SECTION 2. That there is hereby appropriated $1,394.73 from the
No. 145-247.96, Sanitary Sewer Collection Line Trust Fund.
