REQUESTING REBATE OF FUNDS FROM THE REINVESTMENT ZONE NO. 1
FOR REMITTANCE OF SUCH FUNDS AS SET FORTH IN THE SECOND
AMENDED AGREEMENT EXECUTED JANUARY 19, 1988, PARAGRAPH IIIC.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That a rebate is hereby requested of funds from the
Reinvestment Zone No. 1 for remittance of such funds as set forth in the Second
Amended Agreement executed January 19, 1988, paragraph IIIC.
