AMENDING THE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND APPROPRIATION FROM
$76,344,529 TO $76,847,578 TO PROVIDE FOR CHANGES IN THE
PROGRAM SCOPE ORIGINALLY ANTICIPATED, AND TO ALLOW FOR
RESERVE APPROPRIATIONS WITHIN VARIOUS BOND ACCOUNTS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS:
SECTION 1. Amending the Capital Improvement Fund appropriation from
$76,344,529 to $76,847,578 to provide for changes in the program scope
originally anticipated, and to allow for reserve appropriations within various
bond accounts, in accordance with attached Exhibit A.
