AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A USE
PRIVILEGE AGREEMENT WITH THE COUNTRY CLUB
ESTATES CIVIC ASSOCIATION TO ALLOW THE
INSTALLATION OF THREE ENTRY MARKERS IN THE
PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAYS OF OAKBROOK, CORAL
GABLES, AND SWANSON STREETS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That the City Manager be authorized to
execute an agreement with the Country Club Estates Civil
Association to allow the installation of three entry markers in
the public right-of-ways of Oakbrook, Coral Gables, and Swanson
Streets a copy of which agreement is attached hereto and made a
part hereof marked Exhibit "A."
