AUTHORIZING SETTLEMENT IN THE ADDITIONAL AMOUNT OF $30,000
FOR A TOTAL COMPENSATION OF $90,000 IN THE HARTGRAVES
CONDEMNATION.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That settlement in the additional amount of $30,000 for a
total compensation of $90,000 be authorized in the Hartgraves Condemnation.
