AMENDING RESOLUTION 20538
WHEREAS, the Texas Municipal League has adopted a comprehensive legislative program
which articulates legislative goals and activities; and
WHEREAS, the issues identified in the TML legislative program are issues which affect
and impact the City of Corpus Christi; and
WHEREAS, the City of Corpus Christi supports the common interests of all cities as
reflected in the TML legislative program; and
WHEREAS, the City of Corpus Christi on December 13, 1988, adopted a statement of
legislative policy in Resolution 20538;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS:
Section 1. That Resolution 20538 is hereby amended to include and adopt the
legislative program of the Texas Municipal League, as set forth in Exhibit A attached
hereto.
