APPROVING THE DEVELOPER'S APPLICATION AND AUTHORIZING
REIMBURSEMENT IN THE AMOUNT OF $1,236.25 TO JOHN W. GREENE,
VICE PRESIDENT OF FIRST NATIONAL BANK WESTERN, DEVELOPER OF
LOTS 8C AND 8D, BLOCK 1, MARTINE ADDITION, FOR THE
INSTALLATION OF 50 LINEAR FEET OF 8 -INCH DIAMETER OFFSITE
WATER DISTRIBUTION LINE; AND APPROPRIATING $1,236.25.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That there is hereby approved the developer's application
and reimbursement is authorized in the amount of $1,236.25 to John W. Greene,
Vice President of First National Bank Western, developer of Lots 8C and 8D,
Block 1, Martine Addition, for the installation of 50 linear feet of 8 -inch
diameter offsite water distribution line as shown on the attached Exhibit A, per
Ordinance No. 17092.
SECTION 2. That there is hereby appropriated $1,236.25 from the
No. 143-246.96, Water Distribution Main Trust Fund.
