CLOSING AND ABANDONING A PORTION OF THE UTILITY EASEMENT
VARYING IN WIDTH FROM 9 TO 14 FEET AND 60 FEET LONG IN
LOT 4A, BLOCK A, W. L. EVANS SUBDIVISION, SUBJECT TO THE
PROVISIONS LISTED BELOW.
WHEREAS, there exists a portion of the utility easement varying in
width from 9 to 14 feet and 60 feet long in Lot 4A, Block A, W. L. Evans
Subdivision, recorded in Volume 47, Page 238, Map Records of Nueces County,
Texas; and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that it is feasible and advantageous

provisions listed below:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That a portion of the utility easement varying in width

from 9 to 14 feet and 60 feet long in Lot 4A, Block A, W. L. Evans Subdivision,
as recorded in Volume 47, Page 238, and shown on attached Exhibit A, be and the
same is hereby closed for public use and every municipal purpose, subject to a
foot wide portion of said utility easement being retained to accommodate , an

or provision of this ordinance, for it is the definite intent of this City
that everysection, paragraph, subdivision, clause, phrase, word or
