HomeMy WebLinkAbout020677 ORD - 05/16/1989AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 20637 TO PROVIDE FOR CO -CHAIRPERSONS OF THE ETHICS COMMISSION; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS: SECTION 1. That Ordinance 2.0637 passed and approved by the City Council of the City of Corpus Christi on March 28, 1989, be and the same hereby is amended by amending Sectior 1(d) thereof to read as follows: The curnmission shall elect co -chairpersons from its membership. A rn,.L(_,r.,.s ul the commission shall constitute a quorum. SECTION 2.
