APPROVING THE CANCELLATION OF THE 13TH YEAR HIALCO DAY CARE
CENTER PROJECT AND APPROPRIATING THE $55,000 PREVIOUSLY
ALLOCATED TO THE PROJECT FOR THE 13TH YEAR HIALCO/TRANSIT
BUILDING IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That the cancellation of the 13th Year HIALCO Day Care
Center Project is hereby approved and that there is hereby appropriated the
$55,000 previously allocated to the project for the 13th Year HIALCO Area
Rehabilitation Improvements Project.
