OPENING KNICKERBOCKER STREET, A THRU STREET FROM WALDRON
ROAD TO CLINE STREET, IN BLOCKS A AND B, ISLAND BUSINESS
CENTER, UNIT 1.
WHEREAS, notice of the time and place for holding a hearing concerning
the opening of Knickerbocker Street, a thru street from Waldron Road to Cline
Stroet , iu Meeks F and B, Island Business Center, Unit 1, was given by
publication and mailed to the last known addresses of the owners of property
abutting the public way and within 450 feet of the area proposed to be opened,
and thereafter, pursuant to said notice, public hearing was held during a
meeting of the City Council of the City of Corpus Christi on May 23, 1989, in
accordance with the provisions of the City Charter; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That there is hereby opened Knickerbocker Street. a
thru street fror,t Waldreb Road to Cline Street, in Blocks A and B, Island
Business Center, Unit 1, shown by plat in Volume 11, page 499, Map Records,
Nueces County Texas, as shown on Exhibit A, attached hereto and made a part
hereof.

That the foregoing ordinance was read for the first time and passed to its
