BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS: SECTION 1. That execution of the documents necessary for the sale of nine parcels of Navy Clear Zone Land at the Naval Air Station and Cabaniss Field to the United States of America for a cash consideration of $1,189,813 is hereby authorized, all as more fully set forth in the agreement, a substantial copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof, marked Exhibit A.
