BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, SECTION 1. That the City Code, Chapter 18, Fire Prevention and Protection, Article II, Emergency Medical Services, Section 18-20, Ambulance Rates, is hereby amended to read as follows: Section 18-20. Ambulance rates. A. Base Rates (1) Basic Life Support base rate (BLS) (2) Advanced Life Support base rate (ALS) (3) Neonate Transport (charged to the requesting hospital (4 Neonate i rare wort (odi, chary for those calls which exceed one hour in length or any part thereof) Out of city calls, basic life support Out of city calls, advanced life support Basic aid, no transport Advanced aid, no transport Basic aid, no transport, outside city limits Advanced aid, no transport, outside city limits (5) (6) (7) (8) (9) (10) $228.00 314.00 250.00 100.00 275.00 375.00 57.00 275.00 75.00 300.00 B. If for any reason any section, paragraph, subdivision, clause, phrase, word or provision of this ordinance shall be held invalid or unconstitutional by final judgment of a court of competent jurisdiction, it shall not affect any other section, paragraph, subdivision, clause, phrase, word or provisior of this ordinance for it is the definite intent of thin Council that every section, paragraph, subdivision, clause, phrase, orci or provision hereof be given full force and effect for its purpose. SECTION 3.
