AUTHORIZING A USE PRIVILEGE AGREEMENT WITH JAVELINA COMPANY

CABLES WITHIN THE PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY IN THE AREA OF EDEN
LANE IN THE EHLERS GARDEN TRACT FOR A FEE OF $600.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute a
Use Privilege Agreement with the Javelina Company for the installation and
maintenance of two gel -type cables within a l0 -foot road easement dedicated to
the City of Corpus Christi on the plat of Ehlers Garden Tracts as recorded in
Volume 6, pace 33, Map Records, Nueces County, Texas. The 30 -foot road easement
is located on the east boundary of Lets ', L dnd 6 of Ehlers Garden Tract,
and on the east boundary of Best Addition, which is a replat of Lot 4, Ehlers
Garaen Tract, for a fee of $606, as shown or the attached drawing marked Exhibit
A.
