ADOPTING AND APPROVING THE FIVE-YEAR CAPITAL
IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM FOR YEARS COMMENCING IN
FISCAL YEAR 1989 AND ENDING IN 1994.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS:

WHEREAS, to establish priorities and to provide proper
for implementing the Five -Year Capital Improvement
City staff prepared the Five -Year Capital Improvement
- 1989 to 1994; and
WHEREAS, said Five -Year Capital Improvement Program -
1994 establishes priorities and ensures that these
Improvements are properly implemented for the safety,
and welfare of the citizens of the City of Corpus
Christi; and
WHEREAS, said Five -Year Capital Improvement Program
1989 to 1994 is on file in the office of the City Secretary.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That the Five -Year Capital Improvement
Program - 1989 to 1994, as filed in the office of the City
Secretary, and made a part hereof by this reference, the same as
if written herein, is hereby adopted, confirmed, ratified, and
approved by the City Council as the Five -Year Capital Improvement
Program - 1989 to 1994 of the City of Corpus Christi.
