ACCEPTING THE 15TH YEAR COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT
PROGRAM AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE ALL
RELATED DOCUMENTS; AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR APPROVED 15TH
YEAR PROJECTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS
CHRISTI, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That the 15th Year Community Development Block
Grant Program is hereby accepted and that the City Manager is hereby
authorized to execute all documents related to the approved programs
shown on Exhibit A, attached hereto and made a part hereof.
SECTION 2. That funds provided by Community Development
Block Grant Program are hereby appropriated for approved 15th Year
Projects in accordance with said 15th Year Plan.
