APPROPRIATING THE REMAINING BALANCE OF THE KENNEDY CAUSEWAY
LEASE RESERVE TRUST ACCOUNT AND AUTHORIZING PAYMENT OF THE
FUNDS TO THE TEXAS GENERAL LAND OFFICE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS
CHRISTI, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That the remaining balance of the Kennedy
Causeway Lease Reserve Trust Account is hereby appropriated, closing
out the trust account, and that the City Manager is hereby authorized
to pay the funds to the Texas General Land Office.
