APPROVING THE DEVELOPER'S APPLICATION AND AUTHORIZING
REIMBURSEMENT IN THE AMOUNT OF $2,837.76 TO DONALD B.
GERDES, OWNER AND DEVELOPER OF LOT 1, BLOCK 13, HARNEY
PARTITION SUBDIVISION, FOR THE INSTALLATION OF 256 FEET OF
6 -INCH WATER DISTRIBUTION MAIN; AND APPROPRIATING $2,837.76.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS
CHRISTI, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That the developer's application is hereby
approved and reimbursement in the amount of $2,837.76 is authorized to
Donald B. Gerdes, owner and developer of Lot 1, Block 13, Harney
Partition Subdivision, for the installation of 256 feet of 6 -inch
water distribution main per Ordinance No. 17098.
SECTION 2. That there is hereby appropriated $2,837.76 from
the No. 143-246.96 Water Distribution Trust Fund.
