MIRABAL, SR., BY CHANGING THE ZONING MAP IN REFERENCE TO LOT 16, BLOCK 6, SOUTHMORELAND ADDITION, FROM "R-2" MULTIPLE DWELLING DISTRICT TO "B-4" GENERAL BUSINESS DISTRICT; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has forwarded to the City Council its reports and recommendations concerning the application of Robert J. Mirabal, Sr., for amendment to the zoning map of the City of Corpus Christi. WHEREAS, public hearing was held at which hearing all persons wishing to appear and be heard were heard, to consider the same before the City Council of the City of Corpus Christi, in accordance with proper notice to the public, said public hearing having been held on Tuesday, November 7, 1989, during a Council meeting of the City Council in the Council Chambers at City Hall in the City of Corpus Christi; and WHEREAS, by was decided by hereinafter set health, necessity the City of Corpus motion duly made, seconded and carried, it the City Council that to approve the forth amendment would best serve public and convenience and the general welfare of Christi and its citizens: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS: BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF SECTION 1. That the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Corpus Christi, Texas, is amended by making the change hereinafter set out. SECTION 2. That the zoning on Lot 16, Block 6, Southmoreland Addition, in the City of Corpus Christi, Nueces County, Texas, be changed from "R-2" Multiple Dwelling District to "B-4" General Business District. SECTION 3. That the official zoning map of the City of Corpus Christi, Texas, be and the same is hereby, amended as herein ordained. SECTION 4. That the Zoning Ordinance City of Corpus Christi, Texas, approved on August 1973, as amended from time to time, changed, shall remain in full force and effect. and Map of the the 27th day of except as herein SECTION 5.
