AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO SUBMIT THE CITY OF CORPUS
CHRISTI AS A DEMONSTRATION CITY UNDER THE ICMA/EPA PRIVATE
SECTOR COOPORATION PROGRAM.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS
CHRISTI, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That the City Manager is hereby authorized to
submit the City of Corpus Christi as a demonstration City under the
ICMA/EPA Private Sector Cooporation Program.
